Who We Are
We are a recently established company, which is 100% owned and managed Black company. We intend to help our clients prioritize and focus on issues at hand, meet challenges head-on, and prepare for a successful future. After all, we measure our success by their success.

PHSS is a multi-disciplinary organization with access to professionals (i.e. health planners and economists, doctors, computer experts, pharmacists, architects and public health engineers etc) on rolls and a network of consultants specialized in various activities associated with health systems. PHSS intends to draw on resources from other organizations to supplement and complement its in-house capacities and capabilities for implementation of projects, where necessary.

Main activities of PHSS are to provide a turnkey solution. i.e. The health system pyramid and encompass conceptual studies, health-care facilities design, project management, procurement and supply, complete medical equipment upgrade, logistics and installation, commissioning and skill enhancement through training and retraining. with complete medical equipment upgrade.

PHSS’s professional team’s experience has given them the relevant exposure to managing cross functional teams, and maximizing their productivity through addressing various intrinsic and extrinsic needs. Our professionals have implemented various workplace programmes from conceptualization to execution, providing innovative solutions that are outcome based.

We will not only endeavor to complete our projects on time, but with major savings to the clients concerned. We will give end to end solutions on all the projects. We prefer to get involved at the planning phase of construction of units as we advise on Workflow Mapping in order to ensure efficiency. We see medical facilities in the same light as production lines at factories. Optimal functionality is therefore of the essence.

At PHSS, we are steadfast in our belief that these services can be provided while always being an advocate for the client throughout the processes. In our efforts towards providing a larger and more diverse package of professional services, PHSS together with its Strategic Partners, will introduce new lines of services: Since hospitals represent a substantial portion of any health system, a significant part of PHSS's activities is devoted to design and implementation of new hospitals & medical colleges, teaching institutions and/or rehabilitation/up-gradation of existing institutions.
